Welcome new and returning rowers!

Registration Steps

Step 1:

  • Register with Camp Randall Rowing Club and pay fees. Use the link below to register.

    • If you are registering for the Middle School rowing program, use the button below to be directed to Boathouse Connect, our registration system. You will be prompted to set up an account if you don't already have one. Set up the account using the athlete's information.

    • If you are registering for We Can Row, use the button below to be directed to Boathouse Connect. You will be prompted to set up an account. Set up the account with your details.

    • If you are registering for the Junior Program, when you click on the link below you will be directed to a registration form to submit rower and parent information.

  • You/your athlete will then be added to their correct 'group' in Boathouse Connect by our registrar. This will trigger the appropriate fees for the session(s) for which you are signing up, at which time you can pay online or send a check. CRRC prefers the later if you don't have a preference.

    • Note to returning rowers/families: if you have previously added a credit card to your Boathouse Connect account, that card will automatically be charged for new registrations. Please remove the card number from your account if you would prefer to pay another way.

  • If you are paying by check, please mail your payment to Camp Randall Rowing Club, Inc., PO Box 258160, Madison, WI 53715-8160.

  • Those seeking financial assistance, see links to application forms below.

Step 2:

  • Complete a USRowing Membership

    • Go to US Rowing's website and sign up for the Individual Basic membership unless you/your athlete expects to compete at Nationals, in which case rowers should sign up for the Individual Champ membership. CRRC's Club Code is QUBXG

Step 3:

  • Sign up for TeamApp

    • This our online community and the main source of club communications, including weekly junior program newsletters, group chats, regatta organization, and even carpool coordination. Select the communication group(s) that are appropriate for your involvement with the club

Financial Assistance

Camp Randall Rowing Club is committed to giving any youth interested in rowing an opportunity to be part of this sport. The club created a financial assistance program to provide funds for families needing financial assistance.

Over the years, this scholarship program has helped to open doors for many students, giving them an opportunity to achieve new goals athletically as well as personally. Many continue with rowing to become collegiate rowers with opportunities for college scholarships. Financial assistance is an important factor in cultivating our membership and promoting enrollment by awarding eligible families the monetary boost needed to bring rowing costs within their reach. The club benefits when rowers from all backgrounds can participate. Please apply if financial assistance would enable your youth to participate. You can count on discreet and thoughtful consideration.
