Travel & Regatta Prepay Policy
The Prepay Costs for a regatta will generally be refunded if you do not travel to a regatta and you provide us with advanced notice that you do not intend to participate in a specific regatta. The refund will be sent to you upon request at the end of the Fall Season. On the other hand, if actual expenses exceed the prepayment estimate, then the extra costs will be charged to the participants at the end of the Fall rowing season on a per capita basis.
Rowers are not required to travel to regattas and may participate in the CRRC Camp Randall Junior activities as a non-traveling member.
